About the Job:
LPN/RN Needed in Ellenwood, GA 30294.

Full Job Description:

Looking for a responsible and compassionate LPN to join our team at ACE in Ellenwood, GA. Hours are flexible based on your scheduling needs. Safe in-home environment and PPE provided.

Primary Responsibilities:

Demonstrates a high level of compassionate interpersonal and communication skills necessary to consistently serve patients and family members in a professional manner.
One-to-one patient care in a home environment.
Assess patients for stability and follow through with all doctor’s orders.
Verify medication milligrams, last day dosed, take-outs received, phase level, and verify guest doses.
Be thorough and accurate in documentation of patient complaints, vital signs, current medication, and allergies.
Some health promotion, teaching, and training of family members in necessary.
Other duties may be assigned.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent and graduate of an accredited program; prefer licensed or certified professionals but willing to consider others with adequate experience.
Qualifications Of The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Must have a good standing license (LPN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
Must have at least 12 months of hands-on nursing experience.
Current CPR certification.
Must be willing to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
Very comfortable and efficient in the use of EMRs and use of computers.
Experience with GTube, Trach/Vent.
Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.
